We offer weekly classes and personal training sessions in the art of Kickboxing, offering services for the occasional class attendee all the way to Professional fighters.
Our kickboxing class is run on Friday at 6pm where you will be taught a wide range of skills based on your ability level. These range from correct stance, combinations, footwork, bag work, pad work and sparring under direct guidance by our resident kickboxing coaches.
We also offer a ladies only class with focus on the art of kickboxing which run on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. Within this class you will be taught the fundamental skills needed to progress in the kickboxing art, with invaluable experience in self defence and offensive fighting skills.
